What to expect

You’ll click the button above to the right and be given the opportunity to select a time, the right media package, and to give us the address for your new listing. You’ll get a confirmation email, and then we’ll show up at the selected time to photography your listing.

We’ll get it knocked out and sprinkle our Razzle Dazzle on the photos and video, then you’ll receive a notification email.

1846 provides a minimum of 20 photos for standard appointments, both branded and unbranded listing websites for every property, and 24-36 hour turnaround window from the appointment time.

  • The first step in marketing that gets attention for your property. We provide full coverage photography for your new listing, highlighting special features and points of interest. This is typically a minimum of 20 photos per listing.We photograph everything as-is but generally leave closets and garages as safe spaces for sellers.

  • The next step in generating leads: video and aerials. This package includes full coverage First Step Photography, and a highlight 60-90s video of the property with aerial stills and video.

    This is great for adding something special to get more attention on a more premium property.

  • If you want to take massive action to dominate the market, service your sellers with top tier efforts, and make media that gets the most attention, this is it. Give your audience face-to-face service. Be on camera and give a guided tour through your listing. This is an underutilized product in the East Texas market and is guaranteed to stand out.

    This package also includes full First Step Photography, a Next Step highlight video of the property, aerial footage for stills and video, your guided walkthrough, branded and unbranded listing websites, and paid Facebook advertising to your branded site.

  • Pull out all of the stops: make a fast-paced tour video with an agent-led intro and outro, three short reels of the property, and full coverage photography.

    This mixture is helpful because it allows you to push different types and styles of content in front of your audience, and it gives you a mix of media that you can put into a Facebook Ad Set. Using different media helps you diversify the way you make contact with your audience.
